Recipes - Shrimp Fried Rice

How to prepare shrimp fried rice.

Ingredients

  • 2 cups cooked rice
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 green onion
  • 1/2 cup peas
  • 4 Tbsp vegatable oil
  • 10 med shrimp
  • 1 Tbsp dark soy sauce (option)
  • Salt and pepper
 

Directions

  1. Beat the eggs, set aside. Heat the oil in the saute pan, add the egg and scramble the eggs.
  2. Put the shrimp in, saute for 4 minutes or until the shrimp turns pink.
  3. Put the rice and green onion in, cook for 6 minutes. Now the rice should be heat through, then you can put in the soy sauce.
  4. Salt and pepper for taste.
