Recipes - Shrimp Fried Rice
How to prepare shrimp fried rice.
- 2 cups cooked rice
- 2 eggs
- 1 green onion
- 1/2 cup peas
- 4 Tbsp vegatable oil
- 10 med shrimp
- 1 Tbsp dark soy sauce (option)
- Salt and pepper
- Beat the eggs, set aside. Heat the oil in the saute pan, add the egg and scramble the eggs.
- Put the shrimp in, saute for 4 minutes or until the shrimp turns pink.
- Put the rice and green onion in, cook for 6 minutes. Now the rice should be heat through, then you can put in the soy sauce.
- Salt and pepper for taste.
